GET STARTED
You can get started with Lyca Mobile by following these easy steps:
Step 1:
Register and activate your SIM at your local retailer.
You will require personal identification to complete your registration.
Step 2:
Insert your Lyca Mobile SIM card into your mobile and switch it on.
Step 3:
You can now make and receive calls and send SMS’ from your Lyca Mobile.
TOP UP YOUR BALANCE
You can buy Lyca Mobile top-up vouchers from your local retailer or online at www.lycamobile.it. The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel. To top up your balance using your Lyca Mobile in Italy either: Enter *131*PIN#, press send. Dial 40321 and follow the instructions. To Top-up your balance from another phone, or while you are abroad: Dial +39 351 000 1321 and follow the instructions.
CHECK YOUR BALANCE
To check your Lyca Mobile balance in Italy, either: Enter *131# on your Lyca Mobile PLUS, press send, and your balance will be shown on your mobile phone screen. Dial 40321 and listen to your balance. To check your Lyca Mobile PLUS balance whilst you are abroad: Dial +39 351 000 1321.
ACCESS YOUR VOICEMAIL
Your Lyca mobile Voicemail service has been automatically activated. Using your Lyca Mobile voicemail you can: Listen to messages left for you. Record a personalised welcome message. Select your preferred language. Access your voicemail from your Lyca Mobile in Italy: Dial 40121. Access your voicemail from your Lyca Mobile Dial +39 351 000 1121 and follow the instructions.
CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED LANGUAGE
You can select the preferred language to be used for your Lyca Mobile Voicemail and Top-up service. To select your preferred language: Dial 40321 Select the ‘Settings’ menu. Select the ‘Change Language’ option. Select your preferred language.
TRANSFER YOUR EXISTING MOBILE NUMBER TO YOUR LYCA MOBILE
To keep your old phone number, click on this link to download the POA form Fill the form and send it to the below address together with a copy of your ID and CF: Lyca Mobile S.r.l., Via di Valle Lupara 10, 00148 Roma. We will then be able to process your application. Please note: it can take up to 3 working days for your number to be transferred. However, you can still make and receive calls on your temporary Lyca Mobile number.
