These Offers apply to customers who port in their number to Lyca Mobile from any operator. To obtain the offer, the customer must request its activation from one of the Lyca Mobile retailer’s points when they request portability.
To receive the offer, customers must activate it when they request number portability at the retailer’s point of sale.
The port-in plans are activated immediately after submitting the request. (In any case, if the port-in gets rejected, the retailer can resubmit the port-in, and the plan will be reserved for 30 Days in the Lyca Mobile temporary number.).
Customers must wait for the confirmation message before using the offer, or they can check if the offer is active by dialing *137#. The offer is valid for 30 days and is subject to auto-renewal. Therefore, customers must keep the minimum amount to allow the first activation and subsequent renewals. If a customer has insufficient credit for the renewal of the offer, the customer will have 90 Days to top up and get the plan.
It is possible to use the offer when roaming in European Union countries (EU/EEA countries), but a maximum data limit will be applied.
